Ms. Tanya offers many years of experience in education. She has served as an elementary school teacher, a Mathematics Coach, a Reading Intervention Coordinator, a Title 1 Consultant for Los Angeles County Office of Education, and a Regional Consultant for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishers.

She holds a Masters of Arts in Education and a multiple-subject teaching credential from the State of California. Ms. Tanya loves serving in the field of education, but the one thing she truly enjoys the most is teaching students to read and excel! She is excited to be joining the MTAS family!
